Is there a minimum order?
Yes, a minimum order of 2,000 pesos is required to proceed with the rental or decor. We do NOT charge for transportation within central Puerto Vallarta as long as the location is easily accessible.
If installation or assembly is requested, a fee equivalent to 10% will be applied.
How to order?
Just contact us to make an appointment at the venue (free of charge) and we will make you a decoration proposal or if you already know specifically what you require, just call us to make a reservation.
Is there a daily rate?
Yes, we offer daily rates. Additionally, special discounts are available for extended service durations exceeding 24 hours. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made up to 1 month prior to the event and will be charged a 50% administration and equipment lockout fee.
What are your payment policies?
A 50% down payment is required to reserve the product, with this we block the availability of the product, the rest must be paid before the date stipulated for the delivery of the material.
